The District Museum in Sieradz has in its collection materials from a researched and unpublished cemetery from Zasp Miłkowskie dating to the Roman period. The scattered and partially lost archaeological material is currently being inventoried and processed, resulting in this article describing grave 116/03, which includes a fibula of crossbow construction, having a faceted, semicircularly shaped bail, a lower chord, and a 12-coil set on an axis spring ending in buttons. The leg of the fibula turned up, the head, the bail, and the place where the leg is turned up were decorated with single pearl-shaped wire rings. The fibula was subjected to XRF examination and classified as type A.167 in O. Almgren’s classification and probable variant A.167a according to J. Andrzejowski and A. Żórawska.
